SHEMA Bible Choir has been in Visalia since 2013. This unique worship experience offers the chance to effortlessly memorize word-for-word massive chunks of the Bible to compelling original music written by Hannah Ploegstra. "Shema" is a Hebrew word that is found in Deuteronomy 6:4 which means to listen with an open ear, with the intent to obey. For our choir, we turned this into an acronym: Sing His Epic Mighty Acts.

Our latest event was a concert at the Fox Theater in Visalia, CA. We sang five chapters from Revelation and over 700 people from our community attended.
